Modern Family At SAGs

Let’s make this short and to the point. I’ve decided to combine all the Modern Family highlights at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards into one post. Doing so will save time for you and I. Plus, let’s be honest - you’re too lazy to read multiple long posts.

     

First of all, the cast of ABC’s hit comedy “Modern Family” grabbed the award Outstanding Ensemble Cast In A Comedy Series.

20-year-old Sarah Hyland wore an orange strapless dress while mentioning that she met her boyfriend Matt Prokop at an audition for High School Musical 3. “Sometimes it’s weird but we try to stay out of it,” she said about dating in the spotlight. 

Sofia Vergara was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series. The 38-year-old Colombian actress wore a Roberto Cavalli dress.

35-year-old Jesse Tyler Ferguson took home the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series award. The night before, he was joined by his boyfriend Justin Mikita at Entertainment Weekly’s pre-SAG awards party.

Julie Bowen, along with her costars, picked up the award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
