Cyrus Divorce Cancelled?
Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce from wife, Tish, on October 26th, over 38 days ago. Tish hasn’t been served with divorce papers yet and by Tennessee law, Billy Ray had 30 days to get the papers to her or apparently the divorce papers would need to be refiled.
